Collective Canvas is a footwear brand from New Zealand. They make simple sneakers from naturally grown and sustainably sourced materials. Today they share a world that has come to value new over better, yet all too often the vast environmental and human cost of our collective consumption is left overlooked and unconsidered. Collective Canvas was created from a desire to produce slow, simple and transparent products, obsessing over the small details and the impact of every choice. Their intention is to provide a clear alternative to the status quo – products that celebrate the unique character imparted by the use of natural materials, and the collective hands involved at each stage of their creation.
